We will ship your order with Australia Post within three business days of your purchase. We will notify you by email when we have posted your parcel.
Orders will be sent with regular post. If you would like to register or insure your parcel please contact us; we will arrange this for an additional cost.
Some ceramic pieces incur extremely high international shipping costs because of their heavy nature, we have decided to not sell these works internationally. However, in case you have fallen madly in love with a piece we are happy to provide you with a personalised shipping quote.
Delivery time within Australia: 3-4 business days. International: 4-14 business days.
Tuulikki Titine is not responsible for any international customs fees incurred.
All sales are final. We like you to be happy with your purchase. In case you find there is a problem with your order please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find a solution.
- Lost or damaged items
Only sign off for delivery after you have done an inspection of the parcel to make sure it has arrived undamaged. Any insurance claim is voided after a signature is received.
If a work has arrived damaged, retain all original packaging, document the damage when possible with photos and contact us immediately.
Tuulikki Titine can not take responsibility for any lost, broken or stolen parcels not sent via Registered Post and/or insured to the total value or signed for as received in good order.
We use PayPal for payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please google 'money converter' if you would like to have a better idea about the price in your own currency.
